GV Trading – Refund & Return Policy
At GV Trading, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, in its original packaging, and not damaged.
  • Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Opened personal care or hygiene products (if applicable).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.

How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will arrange for pickup or advise you on how to return the item.

Note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
